“The material universe is not an act of God but His manifestation.”
: Kitaro Nishida, philosopher
According to the order of universe, spirit is good, matter is evil and spirit vs. matter is good and evil singularity, creation is good, destruction is evil and creation vs. destruction is good and evil singularity, happiness is good, pleasure is evil and happiness vs. pleasure is good and evil singularity, justice is good, profit is evil and justice vs. profit is good and evil singularity, and the cause (God’s mind) is good, the result (God’s body) is evil and the cause vs. the result is good and evil singularity.
The root of all good is God’s mind (spirit) and the root of all evil is God’s body (matter).
According to the law of God, the root of all good and evil is the universe manifested by God, where spirit vs. matter is good and evil singularity, that is, there is neither good nor bad and where there exists only creation, life and breath.
The universe is a huge ethical manifestation by God and this is the order of eternity.
It is neither majority voting nor arbitrary wisdom that determines the judgment criteria of good and evil.
The only judgment criteria of good and evil, upon which we as human beings can rely, is the existence of the universe where God’s mind and body are one.
Therefore, the only eternal and ecumenical standard of value that has been conferred upon us human beings is the universe that extends from right where we are.
Since the material universe is God’s body and the universe is God Himself, the only ecumenical criterion of value for us is said to be God Himself.
Godself responds to God’s mind (spirit), ego to God’s body (matter).
This is the ecumenical relationship between un human beings and the universe.
If we strengthen ego in ourselves, we will be dominated by God’s body and then by the relativity of matter.
As Dr. Einstein says, matter is relative.
In short, the theory of relativity maintains that matter equals time and space and that time and space are relative to each other.
This theory, however, proves only the relative existence of the universe and does not prove the absoluteness of the universe, thus concluding that God does not exist.
The universe is in itself an absolute existence, a unity of God’s mind and body.
If we try to perceive only God’s body (matter), the conclusion of Dr. Einstein is right, but the real image of the universe is different.
Should we strengthen ego in our mind, we will certainly be controlled by God’s body and its relativity.
If people pursue relativity, there would be an infinite number of egoists who seek merits, victory and joy, namely pleasure in lieu of demerits, defeat and sorrow, and the earth could be corrupted.
If people strengthen Godself in their mind, the earth will be predominated by God’s mind, that is to say, justice and love, creation and harmony, wisdom and order.
Human beings are governed by the universe, that is, God for ever, and since we are children of the universe, children of God, we keep living with either God’s mind or body as a basis of our mind.
If we do not understand the true meaning of God’s mind and body,i.e. spirit and matter, we do not know which is our basis for living, justice or national interests, justice or profit, happiness or pleasure, etc., etc.
People who do not make justice their principles deviate from the unity of God’s mind and body, and they always live for purposes of profit, national interests, pleasure or wealth.
There is a proof that we are children of God.
The universe is with humanity for ever and none of us is an exception to the order of the universe.
Our standard is always either justice or national interests, happiness or pleasure, or God’s mind or body.
The corruption of the world is due simply to the prioritization in our mind of God’s body, profit, pleasure, evil and matter rather than God’s mind, justice, happiness, good and spirit.
The world, as is seen by humanity, is manifestation as the mind perceives it.
Lack of faith results in egoistic ways of living, and the prioritization of ego makes us subject to God’s body, that is, matter. Then, we cannot escape from that relativity with the result that our world is corrupted as our mind imagines it.
